After domestic box office, now Salman Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan starrer "Bajrangi Bhaijaan" is on a record breaking spree at the overseas box office as well.
"Bajrangi Bhaijaan" has completed 17-days at the overseas with $ 23.5 million (Rs 150.54 crore at current exchange rate) box office collection. The overseas box office collection is the fourth highest now as it shattered the records of Shah Rukh Khan's highest grosser "My Name Is Khan" ($23.5 million).
"#BajrangiBhaijaan Overseas total [till Sunday, 2 August]: $ 23.5 million [₹ 150.54 cr]. FABULOUS!" trade analysts Taran Adarsh tweeted.
"Bajrangi Bhaijaan" overseas box office collection is higher only because the current exchange rate is Rs 63.97, while in 2010 during "My Name is Khan" release it was approximately Rs 46.
The top three positions in the overseas gross box office earners have been taken by Aamir Khan's "PK", "Dhoom 3" and "3 Idiots". However, Salman's "Bajrangi Bhaijaan" will soon beat the records of "3 Idiots" as it requires just Rs 6 crore to break Aamir's film record.
Meanwhile, in the top 10 international grosser list "Bajrangi Bhaijaan" is Salman's first film. Salman's "Kick" is at 12th spot with $11.1 million (Rs 67.96 crore), while "Ek Tha Tiger" is at 16th position with $9.4 million (Rs 57.55 crore).

Worldwide Box Office
"Bajrangi Bhaijaan" is unstoppable at the worldwide box office. With its worldwide box office collection (overseas and domestic), the film is reaching towards Rs 450 crore mark.
The overseas box office collection of "Bajrangi Bhaijaan" stands at Rs 150.54 crore, while the net domestic total is pegged at Rs 292.23 crore. The combined 17-days overseas and domestic box office collection stands at Rs 442.77 crore.
"#BajrangiBhaijaan continues its VICTORY march. Is UNSTOPPABLE [Week 3] Fri 4.11 cr, Sat 6.80 cr, Sun 9.07 cr. Total: ₹ 292.23 cr. ATBB," box office analyst Adarsh tweeted.
Directed by Kabir Khan, the film also features Harshaali Malhotra and Nawazuddin Siddiqui in prominent roles.
Note: The domestic box office collection of "Bajrangi Bhaijaan" is the net income; the gross India total is higher than the net collection.
