Commercially successful film "Bajrangi Bhaijaan" has turned out to be a game changer for Salman Khan. After crossing the Rs 300 crore mark in India, "Bajrangi Bhaijaan" has now become the third highest grosser in the overseas market.
Until now, Aamir Khan's films had taken the top three positions in the overseas box office list and not even a single film came close to it.
But now "Bajrangi Bhaijaan" has taken the third spot globally after pushing down "3 Idiots" to the fourth position.
The Salman starrer has earned $26 million from the global box office, while "3 Idiots" total stands at $25.5 million.
"#BajrangiBhaijaan Overseas total *after Weekend 4/till 9 August*: $ 26 million [₹ 166.08 cr]. AWESOME!" trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted.
