As Bajaj's new cruiser the Pulsar VS400 nears its launch in the country, more images of the motorcycle have started emerging online, giving us yet another look at the upcoming model.
The biking enthusiasts in the country have seen the Pulsar VS400, which is popularly known by its concept name -- the Pulsar CS400 -- in its disguised and undisguised forms with the last one being the one from Ladakh. Now, another set of images from Team BHP of the same Blue Pulsar VS400 has started doing the rounds on the internet and this time too the images are believed to have been taken in Ladakh.
Much has already been said about the style and design of the Pulsar VS400. However, for the uninitiated, the Pulsar VS400, the production-version of the Pulsar CS400 that was shown at the Auto Expo 2014, is expected to make its entry in the country any time now. The bike is believed to be in its final stages of production and the Pune-based two-wheeler maker has already started shooting for the TVC of the bike. The VS in the Pulsar stands for "Vantage Sport."
The Pulsar VS400 was caught on camera with ABS and without ABS. Although there is still no clarity about this, rumours are rife that the new Pulsar will come in come in two variants -- with ABS and without ABS.
At the heart, Bajaj's powerful cruiser VS400 will be powered by a 373.27cc liquid-cooled, 4-valve triple-spark engine that develops 34.5bhp at 8,000rpm. It is expected to get twin instrument console — one on the handlebar as seen in other bikes and the other on the fuel tank and wide tyres. It will get an all-black exhaust, newly-designed split seats, disc brakes for both wheels and alloy wheels with a new look.
As for pricing, expect the Pulsar VS400 to get a price tag in the range of Rs. 1.7 lakh to Rs. 1.85 lakh (ex-showroom).
