As the wait for the launch of the lower displacement Pulsar 150 NS continues in India, the model has been snapped on the Indian roads yet again. Bajaj Pulsar 150 NS has been long-rumoured to hit the Indian two-wheeler market.
Motoroids have shared a set of images of what is believed to be the Pulsar 150 NS, fuelling fresh round of whispers on the auto corridors about the launch of the model in India. Although Bajaj has already started exporting the Pulsar 150 NS to a few international markets, it has not yet revealed the launch plan of the new Pulsar in India.
Bajaj exports the Pulsar 150 NS to courtiers like Mexico, Peru, Ecuador, Turkey, Finland, Thailand and the United States. The motorcycle has been exported as completely knocked down (CKD) and semi-knocked down (SKD), depending upon the assembly facility in the destination countries.
Bajaj Pulsar 150 NS draws power from a 149.5cc twin-spark, four-valve air-cooled engine debuted with the Pulsar 150 AS, which can churn out 16.7bhp power at 9500rpm and a maximum torque of 13Nm at 7500rpm. The Pulsar 150 NS will be the second naked bike from Bajaj Auto, the first being the Pulsar 200 NS.
Bajaj is also expected to launch its new Pulsar CS400 in India in the coming months. Although the company had hinted the arrival of this motorcycle, it did not divulge the exact launch details. However, general consensus is that Pulsar CS400 would be the next model to be launched in India by Bajaj. It is likely to be followed by the Pulsar 150 NS.
