Now, to tickle the fancy of two-wheeler lovers who have been waiting for the arrival of the new Pulsar bike in the country, here is a fresh batch of spy shots of Bajaj's upcoming offering Pulsar CS400, which made headlines in 2014 at the Delhi Auto Expo.
Judging by the new spy shots of TMC Blog via Motoroids, Bajaj's Pulsar CS400 looks nearly production-ready more than ever before and it would be safe to assume that the launch of the model in India is just around the corner.
The camera-shy lone Pulsar 400CS was seen sitting behind a Bajaj Pulsar 200SS in a new video that emerged on the web recently. From the new spy shots, there is nothing much one can make out; however the sighting of the model indicates the arrival of the model soon.
Pulsar 400CS, (Cruiser Sport 400), one of Bajaj's two brilliant creations that took two-wheeler lovers in the country by surprise at the Delhi Auto Expo, is powered by 375cc liquid-cooled, 4-valve triple spark engine and comes mated to a six-speed transmission with fuel injection.
The bike is likely to be priced in the range of ₹1.7 to ₹1.85 lakh (ex-showroom).
Bajaj is also expected to launch its much awaited Pulsar 200SS this year.
A fully-faired version of 200NS, Pulsar 200SS is likely to be powered by the same 199.5 cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, triple-spark engine of its sibling.
The bike is expected to come with fuel injection technology and ABS.The current engine of 200NS has the capacity to churn out 23.52PS of power at 9,500rpm and 18.3Nm of torque at 8,000rpm.
