SS Rajamouli's Bahubali 2 (Baahubali-The Conclusion) has shattered another box office record of two of the biggest blockbusters- Dangal and Sultan. Bahubali 2 has crossed the one-week collection of Dangal in just 6 days, and has also beaten Sultan's first week record.

Starring Prabhas, Bahubali 2 is on a record breaking spree. The movie had shattered all previous opening day collection record in the history of Indian cinema, and still continues to overtake big Bollywood movies.

Having collected around Rs. 25 crore (approximately) on Wednesday, the 6-day collection of Bahubali 2 Hindi version stands at Rs. 221.25 crore nett at the Indian box office. It has surpassed the first week collection of Aamir Khan's Dangal in just 6 days, as the latter had made a nett business of Rs. 197.54 crore on its opening week.
Although the Rajamouli directorial could not chase down Sultan's first week collection till Wednesday by a small margin, Bahubali 2 would have certainly crossed it by Thursday evening. Sultan's 1st week collection at domestic market was Rs. 229.16 crore nett, and Bahubali 2 earned Rs. 221.25 crore in 6 days. Thus, it was just short of around 7 crore to beat opening week collection of Sultan in six days.
The day-wise breakup of Bahubali 2 Hindi version is Rs. 41 crore on Friday, Rs. 40.50 crore on Saturday, Rs. 46.50 crore on Sunday, Rs. 40.25 crore on Monday, Rs. 28 crore on Tuesday and Rs. 25 crore on Wednesday.
Bahubali 2 has not only been roaring high at the Indian box office, but it has also been bringing a lot of moolah for the producers from the overseas market. The magnum opus is being expected to go a long way, and become the highest grosser of all time.
