Here's some good news for fans of Karan V Grover aka Shaan of Ekta Kapoor's fairly new show "Bahu Hamari Rajni_Kant." The actor, who was rumoured to exit the show, is reportedly not quitting.
It was reported that Karan had decided to quit the show as he bagged a Bollywood film, the outdoor shooting of which required him to be away from Mumbai for a month. "Karan wants to quit the show as he has got movie offers. The makers are not sure whether they will take any step against the actor, because the show is more about the heroine. They will now hunt for a new male lead," a source associated with the show had told the Times of India.
However, according to latest reports, the film's outdoor shoot has reportedly been cancelled and now the filming will take place in the city itself. With this, Karan need not quit the show and can continue shooting for both the daily soap as well as the film, the Times of India reported.
While no confirmation has been made regarding this, the report further said that the makers of "Bahu Hamari Rajni_Kant" have also made adjustments with Karan's dates so that it doesn't clash with his film shoot.
"Bahu Hamari Rajni_Kant" marked Karan's return to daily soap after "Punar Vivah" went off air a few years ago. If the reports of Karan not quitting the show turn out to be true, the viewers will surely be happy as both Karan and Ridhima Pandit aka Rajni had been impressing the audience with their amazing on-screen chemistry. Also, the show's unique storyline has been keeping the viewers hooked to their television sets.
