Not every star got it right at BAFTA TV Awards 2017. Well, we are talking about the major fashion fail on the red carpet. The pressure of looking good is such a daunting task.
And, some famous faces deliberately missed the mark on the red carpet for the BAFTA in London. With the stars clamouring to walk the red carpet at the 70th annual BAFTAs ceremony at the Royal Albert Hall on Sunday, May 14, here are some of the stars who failed to impress, including Laura Whitmore, Michaela Coel, Aisling Bea.
Charlotte Riley
Tom Hardy's wife Charlotte Riley did nothing to show off her slender figure as she opts for a full-length sequin dress designed by Prabal Gurung. The Peaky Blinders actor donned the gown putting her leg on display through a thigh-high slit.
Ella Eyre
The 23-year-old British singer Ella Eyre certainly did not look pretty in pink. Donning a sheer pink dress with a frilly skirt, the Comeback singer completed her look with a pair of silver stilettos.
Aisling Bea
Actress Aisling Bea completely covered up her incredible figure in a sparkly long-sleeved, high-necked lilac dress. While other actresses flashed a little too much skin, the Irish actress went the other way.
Michaela Coel
The Chewing Gum actress went for a multi-coloured outfit as she headed for the ceremony. The British actress flaunted her figure in a thigh-high dress accentuated with a plunging neckline. But that didn't match her slender figure and all the colours proved to be quite an eyesore.
Laura Whitmore
The Irish TV presenter Laura Whitmore went a little too ahead with her colour choice. The 32-year-old opted for an off-shoulder gown which is filled with an obnoxious amount of colours. She could have picked a different set of colours (Just our thought!).
Apart from all these stars, Heloise Letissier, Clare Balding, Naomie Harris and Zoe Ball's styles did not flatter the viewers much as per their expectation.
