"The Bachelorette" season 11 runner-up Nick Viall, who got his heart broken by Kaitlyn Bristowe when she gave the final rose to Shawn Booth, seems to have moved on in life.
Viall was recently spotted on a date night with a mystery woman, and reports note that she couldn't keep her hands off the reality show star.
"She was resting her head up against his shoulder and holding his hand throughout the night," an onlooker told People.
Has Viall already moved on to the next girl? According to "The Bachelorette" star, he isn't currently dating anyone, and the brunette gal pal he met at Toca Madera in West Hollywood appears to be just a friend.
The source added that Viall was in "good spirits" during his night out, and his friend left first at the end of their date.
Viall's reluctance to enter the dating game has nothing to do with his lingering feelings for Bristowe, "The Bachelorette" star, who first appeared on Andi Dorfman's season of the dating reality show, told ETOnline.
"No. I'll always care about Kaitlyn, and there's always things I'll love about her, but that trust was broken," he admitted. "I used that as momentum to accept her decision and realize that even though I thought she was the one, I realize she wasn't. So she's a great girl, but just as far as those feelings of being in love, certainly those have gone and I've moved on from that."
In the meantime, speculations are rife that Viall could be in the running for the next "The Bachelor," and he admitted it would be an honour to be considered.
"I would obviously feel really lucky and fortunate to be considered and asked. It's such a cool opportunity and it's very flattering, but at the same time, there are no guarantees to even find someone," he said. "I would seriously consider it, but I have to talk to my family and friends."
