JoJo Fletcher will travel across the country to meet the families of her final four suitors on Monday's episode of "The Bachelorette." But not everything will go as per plan, as spoilers indicate that one contestant will take himself out of the running.
Reportedly, Luke Pell will excuse himself from the competition after the hometown dates, and this is something that will devastate Fletcher. It is not immediately known why Pell leaves the show, but rumours indicate that it might have something to do with Fletcher's undeniable chemistry with rumoured winner Jordan Rodgers. The truth will be revealed during the "Men Tell All" special that will be telecast on July 26.
Following the hometown dates, the final three will fly to Thailand for their exotic overnight dates, and it looks like Fletcher will realise she is in love with two men. Interestingly, Ben Higgins, the previous Bachelor saw himself in a similar situation when he said "I love you" to both Fletcher and Lauren Bushnell.
At the time, he defended saying "I love you" to two women, saying he doesn't regret his actions.
"It wasn't like I didn't know I had feelings for them, but I think once I heard that from them, and I was validated in that, [and] I could say openly to them, 'Hey, I love you, too' — we all needed it," he told Us Weekly. "We all needed to hear where we stood because I think we all knew it, but it just needed to be said."
"The Bachelorette" airs Mondays at 8 p.m. EDT on ABC. The synopsis for Season 12 episode 8 reads: "JoJo goes on hometown dates with the four remaining bachelors. First, she visits a family who has been affected by divorce. Next, she visits a suitor's high school and learns he's not as confident as he seems. Gossip surrounds one guy; and one bachelor takes her to an old-fashioned barbecue. At the rose ceremony, JoJo is blindsided by a surprise confession from one of the men."
