Bachelor in Paradise Season 4 contestant DeMario Jackson wants the tape of his pool sex with Corinne Olympios released to prove that he did nothing wrong.
According to TMZ, Jackson wants to prove that Olympios was lucid when they engaged in sexual activities in the pool, thereby proving that he did not sexually assault her. Jackson is believed to have had a lawyer contact Warner Bros requesting the video and he wants them to release a statement clarifying that he isn't under investigation.

Bachelor in Paradise Season 4, which was in production in Mexico, got suspended after cast members Olympios and Jackson engaged in sexual activity while drunk. A producer of the show went and complained about this inappropriate behaviour causing Warner Bros to suspend filming and launch an investigation.
Chris Harrison, the host of The Bachelor, The Bachelorette and Bachelor in Paradise, addressed the scandal on Good Morning America on Tuesday, urging fans to respect the privacy of those involved in the controversy.
"Out of respect to all involved, there's only so much I can and will say at this time," Harrison said. "I urge you to please be patient and respect the privacy of the parties involved."
He told fans he will keep them as informed and up-to-date as he possibly can and he apologised for "any inconvenience and disappointment this may have caused the cast, the crew and our loyal fans."
He concluded by saying that he hoped Bachelor in Paradise would soon start production. "It is my sincere hope that we can come to a quick resolution on this and get back to work very soon," concluded Harrison.
Meanwhile, the names of some of the men who won't win Season 13 of The Bachelorette have been revealed, courtesy the Bachelor in Paradise scandal.
Shortly after contestants of Bachelor in Paradise season 4 were allowed to go home after the production got suspended, several of them took to social media to post photographs of the cast hanging out together.
Iggy Rodriguez and Diggy Moreland, who are still competing for Rachel's heart on The Bachelorette posed with Derek Peth for a Snapchat story, and Jack Stone was also seen in multiple photos with the cast of Bachelor in Paradise Season 4.
