Spoilers on the upcoming season of "The Bachelor" featuring Ben Higgins indicate that Becca Tilley, who was till now believed to be a frontrunner, has finally lost the race to win over the bachelor.
Spoiler guru Reality Steve revealed on his blog that Tilley, who was first featured in Chris Soules' season of "The Bachelorette", does not make it to Higgins' final four.
Tilley reportedly gets eliminated at a rose ceremony that will be held in Indiana and the show will proceed with the final four -- JoJo Fletcher, Amanda Stanton, Lauren Bushnell, and Caila Quinn.
According to the blogger, it is not surprising that Tilley gets eliminated as Higgins had allegedly told her not to compete for his affection.
"I can tell you with about as much confidence as I can without outing any sources is the reason Ben isn't going to pick Becca is because before the season he TOLD her not to come on the show," the spoiler guru said in an earlier blog post.
"I was told Ben didn't want any of Chris' rejects and wanted his "own" season but, well, Ben doesn't get to make those decisions," Steve added.
As fans of "The Bachelor" know, Tilley was the runner up during Soules' season, and was quite taken with her till she hinted she wasn't ready to move to Arlington, Iowa. This was one of the reasons why Soules decided to give the final rose to Whitney Bischoff, many believe.
In a recent interview with Today, the farmer from Iowa said that even though he wasn't able to find everlasting love on the dating reality show, the one advice he would give Higgins is to follow his gut feeling.
"We talked a little bit and I was able to give him some advice. There were a lot of things, a lot of little details we talked about, but the main thing was just going with your gut. Be prepared for the unexpected. There's really no way to truly prepare for what he's about to go through," Soules told Today.
