'Baahubali' ('Bahubali') Monday Collection at Box Office: Prabhas' Film Earns ₹190 Crore in 4 Days

"Baahubali - the Beginning" (Bahubali) has cleared the Monday test at the box office, collecting more than Rs 25 crore worldwide, taking its four-day global gross earnings to about ₹190 crore.

Directed by SS Rajamouli, "Baahubali - the Beginning" received an overwhelming response all over the world on its release on 10 July .

The movie collected approximately Rs 165 crore at the global box office in its first weekend, shattering the global collection records of Indian blockbusters such as "PK", Krrish" and "Chennai Express".

The Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Tamannaah and Anushka Shetty starrer continued its dream run at ticket counters around the world on Monday. Many theatres screening "Baahubali - the Beginning" ran to packed houses on the fourth day also.

The movie's Telugu version received better response than the Tamil, Hindi and Malayalam versions, though they too did well at the box office.

Initial estimates suggest "Baahubali - the Beginning" collected approximately Rs 10 crore at the Telangana and Andhra Pradesh box office on the fourth day.

Its business is bigger than the first collection of many big-ticket Telugu movies in the two states. The film got an approximate share of ₹6.3 crore to its distributors in the states on Monday, reports Andhra Box Office.

The Hindi version of "Baahubali - the Beginning" collected Rs 6.10 crore nett at the Indian box office on Monday, taking the four-day total collection to Rs 28.45 crore.

Bollywood trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted, "#Baahubali [dubbed Hindi version] is SUPER-STRONG on Mon. Fri 5.15 cr, Sat 7.09 cr, Sun 10.11 cr, Mon 6.10 cr. Total: ₹28.45 cr. SUPERB!"

The Shobu Yarlagadda and Prasad Devineni-produced film raked in approximately ₹4.5 crore nett at the Tamil Nadu box office on the fourth day. Another Rs 4.5 crore nett came from screening in the international markets, besides Karnataka and Kerala. Thus, "Baahubali - the Beginning" has collected approximately Rs 25 crore nett at the worldwide box office on Monday.

The approximate collection of "Baahubali - the Beginning" has reached ₹190 crore at the worldwide box office in four days. The distributors have almost recovered their investment in the movie and are poised to make decent profit in the coming days.
