The VR teaser of Baahubali: The Conclusion (Bahubali 2) has got superb reviews from the audience. If you have not watched it yet, Sunday is the last day to watch the VR video at Jio MAMI.
The makers of Baahubali 2 have teamed up with AMD Radeon to create the VR experience for the sequel. They took to the official Twitter handle of Baahubali on October 22 to share the details of the VR experience of the movie in a series of posts. They wrote: "Working with us on #BaahubaliVR experience is @AMDRadeon! @GFXChipTweeter @Roy_techhwood @GChip #BaahubaliatMovieMela #Baahubali2."
They continued: "The #OnTheSetsOfBaahubali VR experience was captured on "BB360cc" VR camera built by @AMDRadeon exclusively for Baahubali! @GFXChipTweeter "BB360cc" the #VRCamera build by @AMDRadeon for #BaahubaliVR! #Baahubali #BaahubaliAtMami @GFXChipTweeter @Roy_techhwood @GChip."
They concluded: @AMDRadeon custom made "BB360cc" VR camera for #BaahubaliVR Experience. It is the most advanced high-end VR camera ever built! @BaahubaliVR. The camera "BB360cc" has been christened after our movie #Baahubali since it has been custom made for it. #BaahubaliVR."
The VR teaser of on-the-sets of Baahubali 2 was released at the Jio MAMI 2016 on October 22 and Sunday is the last day to experience the VR teaser of the movie at the Mumbai Film Festival. The producers tweeted on Sunday morning: "Just few hours left! Come enjoy the #BaahubaliVR Teaser and the Making Video at #JioMAMI2016 #MumbaiFilmFest."
Director SS Rajamouli, the mastermind behind the creation of the Baahubali world, also shared the details about the VR teaser of the film on his Twitter handle this morning. He tweeted: "VR is a new technology which we are learning on the go. For this small "on the sets of baahubali" so many pppl worked so hard to get it right."
SS Rajamouli added. "It was possible becos Vijay and karthikeya who directed it, Mikael who worked with high end vr camera BB360cc, srinivasmohangaru who didnt sleep for the last 3days to put it together, satheesh who did the sound designing and their entire teams who worked from the scratch 2 build the pipeline process of VR post production. All being lead by my producer shobu. A big thanks to all of them."
The makers also released the VR teaser of on-the-sets of Baahubali 2 on the official YouTube channel of the movie on Saturday and it has got a superb response with over 20,000 people watching the video in 12 hours.
