"Baahubali" collection has finally slowed down at the Chennai box office. The latest releases like "Mission Impossible 5 – Rogue Nation" and Mahesh Babu's "Selvandhan" have pushed the SS Rajamouli directorial to the third position.
As per Behindwoods, it was "Mission Impossible 5 – Rogue Nation", which dominated the Chennai market in the last weekend. The Hollywood movie occupied the top position by making Rs. 64.12 lakh from 135 shows in the capital city of Tamil Nadu.
Mahesh Babu's "Selvandhan", the dubbed version of "Srimanthudu", came second by making Rs. 41.39 lakh. The major contribution for this movie came from the Telugu version. The film had 117 shows in its opening weekend.
SS Rajamouli's "Baahubali", which ruled the Chennai box office for the last four weeks, saw a big dip in collections this weekend. The film, which earned Rs. 59.73 lakh from 165 shows in the previous week, could only make Rs. 37.14 lakh from 108 shows in its fifth weekend.

New Tamil release "Chandi Veeran", which opened to average reviews from critics, has earned Rs. 29 lakh from 141 shows. Vijay Sethupathi starrer "Orange Mittai" made Rs.4.51 lakh from 36 shows to take its total tally to Rs. 32.70 lakh by the end of its second weekend. Salman Khan's "Bajrangi Bhaijaan" earned Rs. 3.45 lakh to end its total business by the end of its fourth weekend at Rs. 1.27 crore.
