SS Rajamouli's Baahubali (Bahubali) 2 continues to see a wonderful run at the box office in India and overseas. After creating a record of earning Rs 1000 crore, the Hindi version of Prabhas-starrer is set to cross Rs 500 crore.
The movie has been released in four languages – Hindi, Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam. The Hindi version is doing unexpectedly well at the market and now, it will touch the Rs 500 crore mark soon. On day 10, the nett earning was Rs 327 crore, while the 11th day has seen Rs 15 crore hike.
The Hindi version of Baahubali The Conclusion has earned around Rs 475 crore gross and Rs 342 crore nett at the box office. It will soon become the first Indian movie to cross Rs 500 crore within two weeks of its release.
All the versions of Baahubali 2 — Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam — are still going strong at the box office. The actors – Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty and Sathyaraj – have done amazing work in it.
On day 10, Baahubali 2 has beaten Salman Khan's Bajrangi Bhaijaan and Sultan's lifetime records. Now, it has left Aamir Khan's PK behind, while it will soon beat Mr. Perfectionist's Dangal's lifetime earning as well.
Looking at the success of the movie, the lead actor Prabhas has reportedly hiked his remuneration. Earlier, it was being reported that his fee for Baahubali series was Rs 25 crore and now, he will charge Rs 5 crore extra from his upcoming movies.
