Asus appears to be getting ready to release its recently unveiled smartphones – ZenFone 3, ZenFone 3 Deluxe, and ZenFone 3 Ultra. It has now emerged that the devices will be launched in July, more than a month after it was announced.
The Taiwanese technology giant unveiled the ZenFone 3, ZenFone 3 Deluxe, and ZenFone 3 Ultra at the Computex 2016 event in Taipei last month. The company announced the pricing of the devices, but didn't reveal the release date.
Now, Taiwanese website ePrice (via PhoneArena) has claimed that Asus will officially release its three handsets on July 12. It has claimed that the company has revealed the release date.
Asus ZenFone 3 specifications and pricing
The device has a metal body with fingerprint sensor. It sports a 5.5-inch full HD super IPS LCD display with 1,080x1,920 pixels (401 ppi pixel density), powered by a 14nm FinFET process technology-based Snapdragon 625 SoC (System-on-Chip) and runs Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow based ZenUI 3.0 operating system. It has a 32/64GB internal memory (expandable up to 256GB), a 3/4GB RAM, a 16MP Sony IMX298 sensor with f/2.0 aperture, laser autofocus, OIS, dual-LED flash, an 8MP front-snapper with f/2.0 aperture, and a 3,000mAh battery. Its price starts at $249 (around €224 / Rs. 16,800).
Asus ZenFone 3 Deluxe specifications and pricing
It features aluminium body and fingerprint sensor. Sporting a 5.7-inch full HD super AMOLED display with 1,080x1,920 pixels (386 ppi pixel density), the device has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 quad-core processor, Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow based ZenUI 3.0, a 64/128/256GB internal memory (expandable up to 256GB), and a 4/6GB RAM. It has a 23MP primary camera with Sony IMX318 sensor, laser autofocus, Phase Detection Auto Focus, f/2.0 aperture, 4-axis optical image stabilisation, 1/2.6" sensor size, 1 µm pixel size and dual-LED (dual tone) flash, an 8MP front-snapper with f/2.0 aperture, and a 3,000mAh battery. Its price starts at $499 (around €448 / Rs. 33,600).

The device comes with an aluminium body and fingerprint sensor. It sports a 6.88-inch full HD touchscreen with 1,080x1,920 pixels (324 ppi pixel density), powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 processor, runs Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow based ZenUI 3.0, and comes packed with a 32/64/128GB internal storage (expandable up to 256GB), and a 3/4GB RAM. It has a 23MP main camera with f/2.0 aperture, laser autofocus, OIS (4-axis), dual-LED (dual tone) flash, 1/2.6" sensor size and 1 µm pixel size, an 8MP front-snapper with f/2.0 aperture, and a 4,600mAh battery. Its price starts at $479 (around €431/ Rs. 32,200).
The company hasn't revealed the availability of the devices, but reports have claimed that they will be released in Asian markets, including India.
