After releasing ZenFone 3 Deluxe in Taiwan and China, Asus is bringing the flagship smartphone to the United States. The device is now available for order on Amazon along with the mid-range device ZenFone 3 Laser.
Asus ZenFone 3 Deluxe was unveiled at the Computex 2016 event in May, and the ZenFone 3 Laser was announced a couple of months later. Both the handsets (unlocked version) are now available on Amazon with one year US warranty, and they will be shipped in two to five weeks.
ZenFone 3 Deluxe comes with a price tag of $530.48 (64GB ROM+6GB RAM variant), and the ZenFone 3 Laser costs $206.95.
Asus ZenFone 3 Deluxe features an aluminium body, a fingerprint sensor, a 5.7-inch full HD super AMOLED display with 1,080x1,920 pixels (386 ppi pixel density), a Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 quad-core processor, and an Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow based ZenUI 3.0. It comes with 64/128/256GB internal memory (expandable by up to 256GB via microSD card), 4/6GB RAM and 3,000mAh battery.
The device also features a 23MP primary camera with Sony IMX318 sensor, laser autofocus, Phase Detection Auto Focus, f/2.0 aperture, 4-axis optical image stabilisation, 1/2.6" sensor size, 1 µm pixel size and dual-LED (dual tone) flash, and an 8MP front-snapper with f/2.0 aperture.
On the other hand, the ZenFone 3 Laser is a mid-range device. It sports a 5.5-inch IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen with 1,080x1,920 pixels (401 ppi pixel density), powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor, and runs Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow based Asus ZenUI 3.0 operating system. It also features a 32/64GB internal storage (expandable up to 256GB), a 2/4GB RAM or 64 GB, 4 GB RAM, 13MP main camera, f/2.0 aperture, laser autofocus, dual-LED (dual tone) flash and 1/3" sensor size, an 8MP main camera and f/2.0 aperture, and a 3,000mAh battery.
