Ubisoft has released the content details of the now live Illustrious Pirates downloadable content (DLC) for its action-adventure title Assassin's Creed 4.
The company announced that it will be bringing in all retailer-specific DLC in one complete package with the release of its new Illustrious Pirates pack. This will break the trend that exists these days, where retailer specific DLCs lock out players from playing specific content based on where they have bought the game.
The DLC will be building up Assassin's Creed 4 with three new single-player outfits, three missions, Jackdaw customization options and multiplayer items, said Ubisoft blog.
Illustrious Pirates pack costs $7 if players are buying it. It will be part of the Season Pass and hence free for them. The game will be available for PC, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One. The DLC will not be available for Wii U since Ubisoft has no plans of introducing any DLCs for this handheld console.
