"All Is Well" actress made headlines this year with her announcement that she will be marrying Micromax co-founder Rahul Sharma.
Earlier, in her interviews, she had said that she will finish her work commitments by the end of this year and then announce the wedding.
Currently, there are several reports of her getting hitched on 26 November, which also happens to her birthday.
But the actress has slammed all such reports. "It's really funny to see all these false dates about my wedding being thrown about. I am completing my assignments and contracts till the end of this year and post that only will there be a wedding. So, please wait for an announcement from me," The Times of India quoted Asin as saying.
The "Ghajini" actress has remained tight-lipped about her relationship since the beginning. After the big news came out, there were reports that actor Akshay Kumar played cupid for the soon-to-be-married couple.
Admitting that he indeed introduced Asin to Rahul, the "Brothers" actor had told PTI: "Yes, it is true that I introduced them. But I have not opened any company for matchmaking."
Earlier in an interview, Akshay, who had been brand ambassador for smartphone maker Micromax, mentioned that he had been hiding his "Khiladi 786" co-star's relationship with Micromax founder for more than three years now.
On how Asin and Sharma came closer, the "Brothers" actor said once he, Asin, Rahul and some others played "hide and seek" game, during which he hid both Asin and Rahul together in a cupboard.
