The first look of Arvind Swami and Trisha Krishnan-starrer Sathuranga Vettai 2 is out. A couple of posters of the lead stars were released online on Thursday, November 10.
The posters go well with the theme and indicate that the movie revolves around making money with intelligence and smart moves, like in the game of chess. Arvind Swami and Trisha Krishnan look good in the promotional materials.
Although the first look was released to minimal hype, the posters have managed to garner decent response from the netizens. The promotional material leaves good impact on the audience.
It is a sequel to 2014 hit film Sathuranga Vettai and the latest movie is directed by Nirmal Kumar of Salim fame, and produced by Manobala. H Vinoth, who had directed the first instalment, is contributing to the story, screenplay and dialogues for its sequel.

Sathuranga Vettai had dealt with scams in rural areas. The latest film will centre around high-profile criminals, who use technology to loot money from middle-class people.

The makers have finalised the cast and crew of the film. They have signed Venkatesh to handle the cinematography department and Ashwin Vinayagamurthy will compose music for the Tamil flick. Radha Ravi, Nassar, Ponvannan, Sriman and others are in the supporting roles.
The movie was reportedly launched on October 15 and the team has reportedly completed the first schedule.
