Taiwanese technology major, Asus will launch its new range of ZenFone smartphones in China on 11 April.
The three smartphones, dubbed ZenFone 4, 5 and 6, which were announced by the company at CES back in January, will be launched in China for about $100, $150 and $200 respectively. The company which revealed the pricing and the launch details of the trio on Sina Weibo has not mentioned anything about the global availability of these smartphones.
Talking on the features, all three smartphones run on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean OS and the company has promised KitKat updates,reported GSM Arena.
Asus ZenFone 4
ZenFone 4 sports 4-inch WVGA (800 x 480 pixel) resolution display and is powered by a dual-core 1.2GHz Intel Atom Z2520 processor paired with 1GB of RAM. The handset comes equipped with 5.0-megapixel main camera on the back and 0.3-megapixel camera on the front. It offers 4GB internal storage which can be expandable upto 64 GB with microSD card and comes loaded with Li-Po 1200 mAh battery. Zenfone 4 will come in Charcoal Black, Pearl White, Cherry Red, Sky Blue and Solar Yellow colors.
Asus ZenFone 5
Featuring 5 inch 720p IPS technology screen, ZenFone 5 is powered by 2 GHz dual-core Intel Atom Z2580 with Quad-Thread Hyper-Threading technology and comes with 8.0-megapixel rear camera and a 2.0-megapixel front facing camera. The handset packs 1GB of RAM and 8GB internal storage, with an expandable option upto 64GB via microSD card. It measures 148.2 x 72.8 x 10.3-5.5mm and will be available in Charcoal Black, Pearl White, Cherry Red and Champagne Gold color options and is powered by 2050 mAh battery.
Asus ZenFone 6
Asus ZenFone 6 packs 6 inch IPS display and comes with 3230 mAh battery. On the camera front, the phone houses 13.0-megapixel primary camera and 2.0megapixels front-facing camera. It measures 166.9 x 84.3 x 9.9-5.5mm and will be offered in Charcoal Black, Pearl White, Cherry Red and Champagne Gold.
