PSG top group A with one match remaining thanks to their superior goal difference in their head-to-head with Arsenal.
Full-time: Borussia Monchengladbach 1-1 Manchester City
Verratti holds off his man and slides a fantastic ball in for Ben Arfa just inside the box but his effort from close range is charged down by Koscielny. Three minutes of time added on here.
Arsenal vs PSG is beginning to resemble to knackered heavyweights throwing tired, mistimed hooks at each other.
Just a reminder, a win for Arsenal will see them top Group A thanks to what would be their superior head-to-head record over PSG.
Cavani misses another one! Lucas, who has been outstanding tonight, whips a sublime ball in from the right that Cavani meets with a diving header, but diverts it the wrong side of the post!
What a chance for PSG to score again! Its brilliant work from Lucas who races past two Arsenal players to prod a ball through for the striker, nearly getting clattered himself in the process. It leaves Cavani one-on-one but he tries to chip the onrushing Ospina, who plucks it out of the sky with ease. Woeful effort, that chip looked to be going wide anyway.
PSG are level again! Hatem Ben Arfa swings a corner out to Moura who does brilliantly to peel off Jenkinson and head it back across goal. It looks like a straight forward catch for Ospina, but a deflection off Iwobi diverts it into the back of the net! That will be another own goal.
Goal! Arsenal 2-2 PSG (Lucas Moura, 76)
Verratti takes too long on the ball and Giroud impressively wins it off him about 30 yards out from goal. The Italy international is too busy appealing for a foul as Giroud spreads the ball wide to Sanchez, who whips it into the far post for the onrushing Ramsey but the Welshman cant quite stretch far enough to claim it.
Diego Simeones side are cruising now with Antoine Griezmann doubling his sides lead with a cool finish after some tireless pressing up the field from Tiago.
Goal! Atletico Madrid 2-0 PSV Eindhoven (Antoine Griezmann, 63)
Man Citys numerical advantage has been wiped out but Im not quite sure for what. Fernandinho is shown a red... but it cant have just been for pulling his opponents shirt, surely? It was on the half-way line with the home side coming forward but City had plenty of their own men back.
RED CARD - Fernandinho (Manchester City)
Arsenal take the lead! A ball in from the right from Jenkinson causes havoc inside the box as it pinballs off everyone in sight before crashing off the shins of Verratti and into the back of the net. Arsenal were wretched for the first 44 minutes of this game, but now they lead.
Goal! Arsenal 2-1 PSG (Marco Verratti, 59)
Barcelona have doubled their lead from the penalty spot with Lionel Messi making no mistake from 12 yards out. It came after Izaguirre wrestled Suarez to the ground inside the box; the referee had little choice but to award the spot kick.
Elsewhere tonight, Atletico Madrid have finally broken the deadlock against PSV Eindhoven with Kevin Gameiro lashing home after a neat one two with Antoine Griezmann.
Goal! Celtic 0-2 Barcelona (Lionel Messi. 54)
PSG denied by the crossbar! A poor touch from Koscielny invites Lucas to scamper onto the loose ball until he is caught late by the Frenchman, who earns himself a booking. The Brazilian takes on the free kick from almost 30 yards out but his terrific effort hits the top of the bar and bounces over.
Goal! Atletico Madrid 1-0 PSV Eindhoven (Kevin Gameiro, 55)
Another good chance falls Moussa Dembeles way! Forrest picks out the Frenchman with a fine ball but the Celtic strikers effort is straight at ter Stegen who makes a comfortable save.
Its all going wrong for Gladbach at the moment. They are down to 10 men now after Lars Stindl is shown a second yellow after catching Nicolas Otamendi off the ball.
RED CARD - Lars Stindl (Borussia Monchengladbach)
City have the ball in the back of the net for the second time tonight but it wont count. Its Raheem Sterling who has put it in but he is ruled to have been just offside.
And we are back underway for the second halves of our six remaining games of this Champions League week.
Arsenal get a huge break late on in the first-half. Having trailed thanks to Edinson Cavanis opener and playing rather miserably, a very contentious penalty has levelled the score with Olivier Giroud scoring his second in five days.
There was also an incident in the aftermath of that goal with Aaron Ramsey hitting the deck in spectacular fashion, although Cavani did appear to catch the Welshman on the chin as he swung an arm out, even if the reaction was over the top.
Half-time scores:
Arsenal 1-1 PSG
Ludogorets 0-0 Basel
Napoli 0-0 Dynamo Kiev
Gladbach 1-1 Man City
Celtic 0-1 Barcelona
Atletico Madrid 0-0 PSV
Goal! Arsenal 1-1 PSG (Olivier Giroud penalty, 45+)
A dreadful pass from Maxwell presents Ozil with a chance to thread a fine ball through for the overlapping Sanchez, who goes down following the challenge of Krychowiak. Was there contact? It looked like a dive from the Chile international but the penalty is awarded!
PENALTY - Arsenal
City are level! Into added time, Kevin de Bruyne slides a ball across to Silva who taps home from close range. Pep Guardiolas side will end the half level having trailed for most of it.
Goal! Borussia Monchengladbach 1-1 Manchester City (David Silva, 45)
Meanwhile at the Emirates, Carl Jenkinson is fed into space down the right by Sanchez but his cross into the middle is dreadful, scooping it straight out of play. Arsenal have been pretty woeful, here.
A brilliant stop from Craig Gordon denies Barcelona a second before half-time! Messi lifts in a fine cross from the right and Luis Suarez has a free header from five yards out. He powers it towards goal but somehow Gordon springs across and manages to push it away. Obscene save.
Ter Stegen denies Dembele an equaliser for Celtic! Its no surprise the young Frenchman poses the biggest threat for the hosts tonight, driving inside Gerard Pique before cutting a decent effort across goal but its well read by the German goalkeeper.
Francis Coquelin is now shown a yellow card after a poorly timed challenge on Motta. Its been pretty obvious over the last six weeks, but now more than ever, Arsenal are missing the presence of Santi Cazorla.
There have only been three goals tonight, all scored against British sides.
Meunier drills a hopeful ball into the Arsenal box that is easily dealt with and invites the home side to spring forward on the counter. Alexis Sanchez is barely out of his own box however before Marquinhos runs into the back of the Chilean to take him down and accepts his inevitable booking.
Arsenal appeal for a penalty! Ramsey darts into the box but is well tracked by Silva who decisively gets his boot to the ball first. Excellent defending from the PSG skipper, but Arsenal have woken up a bit since conceding.
Celtic were spared when Messi failed to bring the ball down inside the box a little earlier put he has punished them now. This time it is Neymar dinking in a delightful ball that bamboozles the Celtic defence, with the no. 10 taking a touch before firing low past Gordon.
City can confirm their qualification tonight but as it stands it will go to the final week with Gladbach leading. John Stones is pulled out of position down the flank by Lars Stindl, who slides the ball across to Raffael. On the edge of the box he takes one touch and BOOM, hammers it past Bravo.
Goal! Celtic 0-1 Barcelona (Lionel Messi, 25)
Goal! Borussia Monchengladbach 1-0 Manchester City (Raffael, 23)
PSG take the lead! Cavani does it against Arsenal again. Its pretty simple as far as PSG are concerned with Motta threading a fine ball through for Matuidi who has made a clever run outside Mustafi. Having left the Arsenal defender behind, he slides an inviting ball across goal, knowing Cavani will be coming in at the far post to tap home.
Goal! Arsenal 0-1 PSG (Edinson Cavani, 18)
Gibbs clears off the line! That corner comes in and Cavani is completely unmarked as he nods down into a crowd of players. The ball bounces off the shin of Silva and veers towards goal, but the full-back is well placed to hack clear.
Arsenal are being dominated in the possession game at the moment. PSG are moving the ball around comfortably and have just won the first corner of the match with Koscielny just about getting his boot to the ball first ahead of Cavani inside the box.
A poor touch from Lionel Messi (!!!) sees Barcelona pass up their first opening of the evening. Its a terrific dinked ball in from Busquets that deceives the Celtic backline but the Argentina cant bring the ball under his spell and it rolls out.
You will recall PSG took an early lead in the game in Paris back in September when Cavani pounced on a superb cross in from the right from Aurier. Given the full-back isnt allowed in the UK tonight, Thomas Meunier is filling that void tonight and has almost recreated that goal himself, swinging a terrific ball in that Cavani was inches away from reaching.
Scott Brown is adequately filling the early quota for letting your opponent know youre there with a crunching challenge on Sergio Busquets in t he middle of the park.
A stray pass from Koscielny puts Arsenal under some early pressure, inviting Matuidi to pounce forward in the opening seconds of the match but Ramsey gets there just ahead of him and dilligently sweeps up.
Almost time for kick-off around Europe this evening. Two have been settled, there are six more waiting.
Elsewhere tonight, Bayern Munich have been rocked in Russia, losing 3-2 to FC Rostov. Carlo Ancelottis side lost top spot in the Bundesliga on Saturday after defeat to Borussia Dortmund and tonights defeat now means Atletico Madrid only need a point at home to PSV Eindhoven to guarantee top spot in Group D.
After rescuing that late win for his side against Manchester United, Olivier Giroud starts his first game of the season tonight for Arsenal.
His inclusion shifts Alexis Sanchez wide on the right with Theo Walcott dropping to the bench, while Carl Jenkinson continues at right-back in the absence of the injured Hector Bellerin.
For the visiting side, Angel di Maria and Javier Pastore miss out as expected. Thomas Meunier starts at right-back with Serge Aurier barred from entering the country.
Andreas Christensen, on loan from Chelsea, has the job of keeping Sergio Aguero quiet this evening for Borussia Monchengladbach. Thorgan Hazard meanwhile misses out completely with his club explaining on Twitter he has been excused for private reasons.
Pep Guardiola has made four changes to the side that beat Crystal Palace on Saturday. Yaya Toure scored twice in south east London but having been omitted from Citys Champions League squad at the start of the season, he is left out.
Vincent Kompany is unavailable and having only made his return on Saturday after a lengthy layoff of his own, Bacary Sagna also drops out. Noilto also drops to the bench, with John Stones, Ilkay Gundogan, David Silva and Jesus Navas all coming in to a very adventurous starting XI.
PSG team to face Arsenal: Areola, Meunier, Marquinhos, Thiago Silva, Maxwell, Krychowiak, Verratti, Motta, Lucas, Matuidi, Cavani.
BREAKING: Lucas Moura comes in for Angel di Maria for PSG
Arsenal team to face PSG: Ospina, Jenkinson, Mustafi, Koscielny, Gibbs, Coquelin, Ramsey, Alexis, Ozil, Iwobi, Giroud
Subs: Cech, Monreal, Gabriel, Xhaka, Elneny, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Walcott

Team news: Celtic vs Barcelona
Also missing from the PSG squad tonight are full-back Layvin Kurzawa and 21-year-old striker Hervin Ongenda. They were named among the list of five players left out of the squad travelling to London.
Heres the full PSG squad for tonight.
Team news: PSG
Unai Emery suggested both Angel Di Maria and Javier Pastore were doubts for this evenings game when he addressed the media earlier this week. . Emery will also be without Adrien Rabiot for the game, who suffered a hamstring injury in Frances friendly against Ivory Coast during the international break.
There is also the notable absence of Serge Aurier, who was banned from entering the UK this week after he was given a two-month prison sentence for elbowing a policeman outside a nightclub in Paris.
Team news: Arsenal
Santi Cazorla remains absent this evening. The Spain international has missed the clubs last six games with an Achilles injury, but otherwise Arsene Wenger has no fresh injury concerns to contend with following Saturdays draw with Manchester United. Alexis Sanchez has recovered completely from the hamstring injury suffered while on international duty, according to his manager, but after Olivier Girouds late equaliser at Old Trafford, the Frenchman could be pushing for a start.
Wherever you look, Wednesday night is firmly stacked as far as Champions League coverage is concerned. Arsenal and Paris Saint-Germain meet at the Emirates with both sides locked on 10 points and both having confirmed their places in the next round. A win for Arsene Wengers side however will confirm they top Group A by virtue of a superior head-to-head record, keeping them clear of the rest of the group winners when the last 16 draw is made in December.
Manchester Citys place in the next round is still not certain, even after that superb win over Barcelona last time out. They are three points ahead of tonights opponents Borussia Monchengladbach however, meaning a win tonight in Germany will secure qualification, and even give them a fighting chance of wrestling top spot from Luis Enriques side.
Celtics hopes of reaching the knock-out stages were all but ended after they failed to pick up a win in either of their clashes with Gladbach, but their Europa League hopes remain alive. While they were dismantled at the Nou Camp back in September, a night in front of a rocking Celtic Park is an entirely different prospect for Barcelona.
There are five more games taking place tonight, including the early kick off in Russia where FC Rostov are hosting Bayern Munich. We will have team news and goal updates for you throughout the evening so stick around.
