CARDS EVERYWHERE! Olivier Giroud and Marco Verratti are both shown second yellow cards and they are off.
Four minutes of time added on in Paris. Arsenal arent under any real pressure here.
Moments after Messi was denied a fourth by the post, the Argentine lays one on a plate for Suarez to tap home his second of the night.
Goal! Barcelona 7-0 Celtic (Luis Suarez, 87)
Heres another chance for Arsenal, Mohamed Elneny to replace Ozil. You think Arsene Wenger might be happy to settle for a point here?
Arsenal almost grab another! Sanchez leads a counter attack and slides a brilliant reverse ball into the path of the onrushing Iwobi. He has space in front of him and opens up his body to place it into the far corner, but Areola reads it and saves.
Ospina spurns Cavani again! Just off the bench, Javier Pastore threads through a perfect pass for the striker to run onto. He shrugs off Koscielny and looks to round the Colombia international, but he gets down brilliantly to make a crucial interception.
After countless missed opportunities for PSG, and more specifically, Edinson Cavani, Arsenal spring forward and grab an equaliser! Alex Iwobi nips clear of his marker in the box and lashes one on goal, but its well blocked by Areola. No matter, just inside the box, Sanchez follows up the rebound with a superb drive into the bottom corner.
Goal! Paris Saint-Germain 1-1 Arsenal (Alexis Sanchez, 76)
Luis Suarez is in on the party at the Nou Camp, taking the ball down on his chest, spinning and firing home.
Goal! Barcelona 6-0 Celtic (Luis Suarez, 76)
PSG make their first chance of the night, Thiago Motta replaces Rabiot.
Cavani misses another great chance. Raboit drives through the heart of Arsenals defence brilliantly but is finally stopped my Koscielny. The ball breaks favourably in the box to the former Napoli striker who gets one-on-one with Ospina but sees the Arsenal goalkeeper block his effort. Its more good goalkeeping from the Colombian, but Cavani again should have done better.
PSG have lacked that bit of sparkle in this second half but suddenly they come alive again with Aurier and Di Maria combining brilliantly down the right. The full-back breaks into the box to shoot but Ospina is out quickly to block.
Arsenal have been better this second half, but they have been pretty toothless. Arsene Wenger looks to change that by throwing on Olivier Giroud for Oxlade-Chamberlain. Sanchez will move out onto the left.
Welcome back to the Champions League, Celtic. Moments after Andres Iniesta volleyed home a cross from Neymar, Messi has sealed his first hat-trick of the season, slotting home after a neat cut back from Luis Suarez.
Goal! Barcelona 5-0 Celtic (Lionel Messi, 60)
Goal! Bayern Munich 3-0 Rostov (Joshua Kimmich, 56)
Goal! Barcelona 4-0 Celtic (Andres Iniesta, 58)
Verratti has been sensational tonight. Once again, its him who carves open a golden chance for Di Maria, who has a yard on Monreal as he breaks into the box. The Spaniard does just enough to put him off however as the Argentine tumbles to the ground, appealing for a penalty. No chance.
Meanwhile in Paris, Arsenal have started much better, benefiting from some very loose passing from the home side. Alexis Sanchez still doesnt look at it, however. Up front, he doesnt look comfortable at all.
Messi drives menacingly towards the Celtic box again. Is this his hat-trick? Nope. He has his trailing leg clipped just as he reaches the edge of the box. But surely hell curl this free-kick in for this third? Again, nope. Instead, Neymar proceeds to bend a superb effort into the top left corner.
Goal! Barcelona 3-0 Celtic (Neymar, 49)
And Arsenal get us back underway for the second half in Paris. No changes from either side yet.
Half-time scores from around Europe.
Paris Saint-Germain 1-0 Arsenal
Manchester City P-P Borussia Monchengladbach
Barcelona 2-0 Celtic
Basel 0-1 Ludogorets Razgrad
Bayern Munich 2-0 FC Rostov
Dynamo Kiev 1-2 Napoli
Benfica 1-0 Besiktas
PSV Eindhoven 0-1 Atletico Madrid
And with that, the half-time whistle goes in Paris. Arsenal trail.
Verratti is controlling things in Paris. His ball over the top for Cavani is perfect, but the striker attempts to take it down on his chest and take on the volley, despite having plenty of time and space. It goes horribly wrong, and he falls on his backside.
Goal! PSV Eindhoven 0-1 Atletico Madrid (Saul, 39)
Goal! Dynamo Kiev 1-1 Napoli (Arek Milik, 34)
Cavani should make it two! Verratti again slices Arsenal wide open with a incisive pass. Monreal slides in to intercepts but Cavani still gets their first, knocking the ball past the onrushing Ospina but, with the goal gaping, drags his shot wide.
Aurier continues to look dangerous down the right for PSG. Again, he eases past Monreal before whipping in a devilish cross, but no one is in the six yard area to follow it up.
Celtics penalty miss looks all the more costly now. Messi and Neymar punish them, combining neatly before the latter tees up for the former for an easy finish.
Goal! Barcelona 2-0 Celtic (Lionel Messi, 29)
Goal! Dynamo Kiev 1-0 Napoli (Viktorovych Harmash, 19)
Bayern Munich 1-0 Rostov (Robert Lewandowski, 28)
Celtic are handed a golden chance to pull level at the Nou Camp after Moussa Dembele is brought down in the box by Barcelona goalkeeper ter Stegen. The German makes up for his mistake, however, guessing the right way to keep out the Frenchmans strike.
PENALTY - Celtic
Half a chance for Arsenal. Iwobi drives forward strongly before laying it off to his left for Monreal. His marker commits and slides in, but the Spaniard easily jumps him, lifting a ball over into the six yard area for Oxlade-Chamberlain. He heads across goal, but Marquinhos makes an important clearance.
Arsenal are trailing, but Ospina is looking sharp so far. Verratti tries to spring Cavani clear with a superb sweeping ball, but the Colombian reads the situation well and rushes out of his box to head clear the danger.
Arsenal venture in the PSG half for the first time with Sanchez driving forward. The ball breaks to Iwobi who has a crack on goal but his effort deflects out for a corner kick.
Di Maria almost scores from a corner! That was certainly intentional from the Argentine, who almost whipped it straight underneath the cross bar but Ospina does well to beat it away.
Goal! Benfica 1-0 Besiktas (Franco Cervi, 12)
PSG are looking superb. Angel di Maria outrageously backheels the ball into the box, taking out two Arsenal defenders in the process, to free Rabiot but Koscielny gets across to block just in time.
Well, it took PSG less than a minute to break the deadlock in their game and it hasnt taken Barcelona much longer. Neymar jinks past his man brilliantly, laying it off to Messi who hammers home. Easy. Long night ahead for Celtic?
Goal! Barcelona 1-0 Celtic (Lionel Messi, 1)
Oh Arsenal. Its the perfect start from PSG who complete undo the Gunners down the right. Verratti springs Aurier free down that flank and he comfortably springs past Monreal before swinging a perfect cross into the box. Cavani is there and pounces, planting a superb header past Ospina.
Goal! PSG 1-0 Arsenal (Edinson Cavani, 1)
And PSG get us underway in Paris.
Everyone stand up, the first Champions League anthem of the night is playing.
Just the seven games tonight then. As the goals go in, we will bring them to you.

Good grief.
So when will City vs Gladbach take place? Uefa rules state the game must be played the following date or an agreed reserved date. Whatever they opt for, a decision must be made within the next two hours.
Well, no surprise there, then. Manchester has been absolutely battered by a storm this evening and after a brief pitch inspection, its been called off.
BREAKING: Manchester City vs Borussia Monchengladbach postponed due to weather conditions.
Arsene Wenger meanwhile has made three changes to the side that beat Southampton at the weekend. David Ospina comes in for Petr Cech while Alexis Sanchez and Alex Iwobi replace Lucas Perez and Theo Walcott.
Looks like there could be a delay to tonights match at the Etihad tonight. If it goes ahead at all, that is.
Thiago Silva IS fit to make his first appearance of the season for PSG tonight. He slots in alongside Marquinhos with Maxwell and Aurier also starting despite injury concerns.
PSG team to face Arsenal: Areloa, Aurier, Silva, Marquinhos, Maxwell, Veratti, Kyrchowiak, Rabiot, Matuidi, Di Maria, Cavani
Subs: Trapp, Lucas, Kimpembe, Motta, Pastore, Meunier, Jese
Manchester City vs Borussia Monchengladbach could be in doubt now; there will be a pitch inspection shortly...
And heres the Celtic team out to try and stop them.
A 5-1 thrashing of arch-rivals Rangers and a return to Champions League football; it hasnt been a bad few days for Celtic fans. Things might get a bit hairy tonight, however.
Its all sounding a bit apocalyptic up in Manchester. Rain and lightening has also caused havoc with the tram service around the city. Theres been no mention of a delay to kick off yet, but we will keep you updated.
Ilkay Gundogan and Leroy Sane start on the bench against German opposition for Manchester City tonight.
In some places in England today, it has been the hottest day of the year. Of course in Manchester, it is absolutely hammering it down.
Arsenal team to face PSG: Ospina, Bellerin, Mustafi, Koscielny, Monreal, Cazorla, Coquelin, Iwobi, Ozil, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Alexis
Subs: Cech, Holding, Gibbs, Xhaka, Elneny, Perez, Giroud
Once again, David Ospina is preferred to Petr Cech in goal for European games. Both Arsene Wenger and the goalkeeper were widely criticised last season when the Colombia international dropped the ball into his own net in a 3-2 defeat to Olympiakos.
BREAKING: David Ospina is preferred to Petr Cech in goal while Laurent Koscielny starts at centre-half as expected. Olivier Girouds wait for a first start this season continues with Alexis Sanchez again preferred while Alex Iwobi also returns to the starting XI.
There are eight fixtures taking place across Europe tonight; we will be bringing you all of the goals as they go in.
Paris Saint-Germain vs Arsenal
Manchester City vs Borussia Monchengladbach
Barcelona vs Celtic
Basel vs Ludogorets Razgrad
Bayern Munich vs FC Rostov
Dynamo Kiev vs Napoli
Benfica vs Besiktas
PSV Eindhoven vs Atletico Madrid
Arsenals major injury concern heading into tonights match was over Laurent Koscielny, but Arsene Wenger expects him to be ready.
He [Koscielny] is alright, he had a big knock on his face but recovered quite well. I was was concerned after the game [against Southampton] he wouldnt be available, but hes alright.
Arsenals evening will be a whole lot easier this evening if there is no Thiago Silva on the pitch. The Brazil captain suffered an ankle injury in a pre-season game against Real Madrid and is yet to make an appearance for his side this term. His absence has contributed the champions poor start to the new Ligue 1 season, having taken just seven points from their opening four games.
Could he return tonight? Unai Emery stopped short of confirming that when addressing the media on Monday, waiting instead to see how the former Milan defender performed in yesterdays final training session.
We will decide after the final training session. We will see how he feels. The most important thing is if he feels ready. He is a big player. If he feels good, it is a possibility. Big matches are for big players.
Heres is the full PSG squad for this evening.
Team news: Paris Saint-Germain
Unai Emery had a handful of injury concerns ahead of this match. Captain Thiago Silva has not played a game this season after picking up an ankle injury in pre-season, but his manager spoke positively of a possible return for him on Monday.
Javier Pastore and Maxwell meanwhile were considered doubts after missing the draw with Saint-Etienne last Friday, while Serge Aurier suffered a sprained ankle in the 3-1 defeat to Monaco in late August.
All four however have been named in the squad tonight, although both Hatem Ben Arfa and Layvin Kurzawa have been left out.
Team news: Arsenal
Laurent Koscielny celebrated his birthday by scoring superb overhead kick in the 2-1 win over Southampton on Saturday but ended the match getting a boot to the face. The France international had some rather nasty looking swelling around the eye but after returning to training on Monday, Arsene Wenger says his centre-half is fine to play this evening.
Aaron Ramsey, who has not played since picking up a hamstring injury on the opening day of the season against Liverpool, also trained, but Wenger kept tight-lipped on the Welshmans fitness when addressing the media.
Olivier Giroud meanwhile is still to start a game this season following his extended summer break. He could get his chance tonight.
Its back. The Champions League is here again and what better way to mark it than with (on paper at least) one of the best fixtures of the group stages? Arsene Wenger returns to France with his Arsenal side, eager to finally finish their group campaign as winners. Standing in their way will be Paris Saint-Germain, of course now without Zlatan Ibrahimovic and a new manager looking to bring an end to their European heartbreak.
Lat years semi-finalists Manchester City begin their campaign fresh off a derby victory over Manchester United but in Borussia Monchengladbach, they come up against an opponent who has given Pep Guardiola trouble over the years.
Celtic meanwhile are back in the big-time under Brendan Rodgers; they take on Barcelona in one of six other fixtures taking place across the continent this evening. Well be bringing you team news and goal updates throughout the night.
