Fans of The CW's two most popular drama series ― "Arrow" and "Supernatural'' ― may get to watch their favourite characters together on TV in the near future.
Actor Stephen Amell, who portrays Oliver Queen in "Arrow", recently revealed that he has pitched the makers to create an "Arrow"-"Supernatural" fan-fiction crossover episode.
"I pitched an idea yesterday to the President of Warner Bros. TV Greg Berlanti, who runs Arrow, Flash, Supergirl, just did Pan - he's a genius - and Mark Pedowitz, who runs the CW," he said adding, "I pitched something called fan-fiction live."
Explaning further about his idea of a fan-fiction crossover episode, Amell said, "I pitched an idea where we would take 'Arrow' and 'Supernatural' and write a fan-fiction crossover episode and do a live-reading."
In the mean time, Amell also talked about his wish to work alongside the "Supernatural" characters Sam Winchester (Jared Padalecki) and Dean Winchester (Jensen Ackles), reported Comic Book.
However, the celeb revealed that the team were not very convinced with his idea. But he seems hopeful about it, as he said, "I don't understand how awesome it would be but they will."
So fans of "Arrow" and "Supernatural'' can expect to watch a fan-fiction crossover episode on The CW in the future and until then, they can enjoy the upcoming episodes of the series onscreen.
