Ariana Grande is still in shock following the Manchester Arena bombing, and according to a report, she hasn't been sleeping well since the attack that killed 22 and injured several others.

"She's still just absolutely crushed. She and her loved ones have barely slept this week," a source told People.

Shortly after the attack, Grande's fans took to social media, urging the singer to take care of her health, and it even forced a father of three to pen a lengthy letter asking the singer to put herself first.

"You have been a part of our family for years. On occasion, your songs may have stayed on the radio AFTER I have dropped the girls off at school," Patrick Millsaps began. "You are no more responsible for the actions of an insane coward who committed an evil act in your proximity than you would be for a devastating natural disaster or acts of morons near your hotel," he wrote, asking her to spend time with her loved ones.

"Spend time with your God, you family and your friends who will give you space and support when you need it," he advised.

Grande is set to return to the spotlight, and said she will come back to Manchester to play at a benefit concert for the victims of the attack. "I'll be returning to the incredibly brave city of Manchester to spend time with my fans and to have a benefit concert in honour and raise money for the victims and their families," she wrote in a message on Twitter.

"Our response to this violence must be to come closer together, to help each other, to love more, to sing louder and to live more kindly and generously than we did before."
