After the unparallelled success of "Yennai Arindhaal", it looks like things are finally falling in place for Gautham Menon. The director is now busy with back-to-back projects, even as the industry is already abuzz about his upcoming project with Vikram, though he is yet to complete his project with Simbu.
The latest rumours circulating in the industry suggest that music maestro AR Rahman will join Gautham Menon for the new Vikram-Nayanthara movie "Dhruva Natchathiram", which is touted to be a thriller.
AR Rahman had previously joined hands with Gautham for his hit movie "Vinnai Thandi Veruvaya" starring Simbu and Trisha, and later for its Hindi remake "Ek Dewaana Tha" and Telugu remake "Ye Maaya Chesave". Rahman has also composed music for the upcoming Gautham movie "Achcham Enbadhu Madamaiyada" starring Simbu and Pallavi in the lead.
However, there is no confirmation regarding Rahman's inclusion in the new Vikram movie. The director recently confirmed that 99 percent of "Dhruva Natchathiram" has been finalised and the shooting of the movie will kick start soon after he wraps up the project with Simbu.
Apparently, Vikram is very impressed with the script of "Dhruva Natcharthiram" and the movie reportedly will have something new, which viewers have not seen till now in his movies.
On the other hand, Chiyaan is busy with "10 Enradhukulla" directed by Vijay Milton of "Goli Soda" fame. Soon after that, the actor has also signed Anand Shankar movie "Marma Manithan".
Meanwhile, Nayanthara is busy with a series of movies across South Indian languages. The actress is awaiting release of at least seven movies this year, which include Tamil movies "Maya" with Aari, "Nanbenda" with Udhayanidhi Stalin, "Idhu Namma Aalu" with Simbu, "Thani Oruvan" with Jayam Ravi, "Masss" with Suriya, "Naanum Rowdy Dhaan' with Vijay Sethupathi" and Malayalam movie "Bhaskar The Rascal" with Mammootty.
Actress has also signed Telugu movie "Dictator" opposite Nandamuri Balakrishna.
