Leading filmmaker AR Murugadoss released the first teaser of Simbu's forthcoming movie Anbanavan Asaradhavan Adangadhavan, which is popularly known as AAA, on Friday, October 7.
AR Murugadoss released the clip online and tweeted, "Wishing you all t he best guys .. Congrats @iam_str @adhikravi .. The teaser rocks !!! [sic]" The video is all about Madura Michael, one of the three characters played by Simbu in AAA.
Simbu will be seen in out-and-out mass avatar. He has sported a moustache with beard for Madura Michael, a young man from the 1980s. The actor's looks and powerful one-liners have taken his fans by a storm. Shriya Saran is seen romancing him in the clip. Mahat Raghavendra and VTV Ganesh are also part of the video.
It is a power-packed teaser, which has all the elements that mass audience love to see in action films. The clip has succesfully generated positive reviews around the film without giving away much about the storyline.
So far, the makers have revealed two characters – 60-year old Ashwin Thatha and Madura Michael. However, the makers are yet to open up on Simbu's third character in the forthcoming Tamil movie.
It is believed that the makers will release multiple teasers that will throw light on all the important characters in AAA.
AAA has Shriya Saran and Tamannaah Bhatia playing the main female leads. They are said to be romancing Simbu's two characters in different times. Mahat Raghavendra, VTV Ganesh and Rajendran play other significant roles. The movie, which is bankrolled by Michael Rayappan, has Yuvan Shankar Raja's music, Krishnan Vasant's cinematography and Ruben's editing.
