Unlike previous years, rumours related to Apple iPhone specs and launch dates are leaking thick and fast in 2017, and this apparently affected Apple's revenue as most fans and consumers are restraining from buying the current iPhone 7 series in anticipation of hyper publicised anniversary iPhone 8 (aka iPhone X). And now, a new report detailing the device debut date and availability has surface online.
Twitter spy, Benjamin Geskin, claiming to be in possession of Apple's keynote presentation details has revealed the Cupertino-based company will host an product launch event on September 17 to unveil the Apple's 10th commemoration iPhone 8 and also the generic iPhone 7s (& the 7s Plus) and release them to the markets in the following week on September 25.
This is in contrary to recent reports, which suggested Apple might stray away from annual September event to October, some even pointed it might get delayed further to November, as the company is reportedly facing low production yield for iPhone 8 series. The latter is said to boast advanced display panel with inbuilt fingerprint recognition sensor and its a very delicate procedure to mass produce them that too with strict quality standards set by Apple.
