Rumours were rife that Apple would offer the upcoming iPhone 7 (and 7 Plus) in Gold, Rose Gold, Space Gray and Silver colour options. Now, a fully working Apple iPhone 7 Plus in a deep blue shade has been spied upon, hinting the Cupertino-based company might offer the device in five colours.
The leaked pictures also shed light on the design language of the new device. It features trademark curved corners with anodised metal-based shell, similar to previous generation Apple iPhones, but with redesigned antenna lines on the top and the bottom. It is also shown having dual-camera module at the top left corner.
The images also show that the iPhone 7 series will not house the 3.5 mm jack on the top, instead it will have the new generation USB Type C port at the bottom. This has finally cleared the air over the type of audio jack the new iPhone would come with. [Check out the images, HERE]
Other expected features of iPhone 7 series:
From what we have gathered so far, Apple will announce two handsets — a 4.7-inch iPhone 7 with single camera-module, and a 5.5-inch iPhone 7 Plus with dual-camera. They are expected to share the same internal hardware, such as 3GB RAM and A10 series processor, and run new iOS v10.
Like previous years, Apple is likely to announce the new generation iPhone series in the second week of September. With less than a month left before the launch, we expect more features of iPhone 7 series to hit public domain soon.
