Before Lenovo could officially launch new Sisley S90, a popular smartphone seller has jumped the gun by announcing the availability of the mid-range smartphone.
Mumbai-based handset vendor Mahesh Telecom (via Twitter) has revealed that Lenovo Sisley S90 can be purchased in their store for ₹19,990.
For the uninitiated, Lenovo Sisley S90 was launched way back in November 2014 in China. Now, the phone has set foot in India.
Soon after the unveiling of Sisley S90, critics and fans were stumped by the uncanny resemblance of the Lenovo phone to Apple's latest iPhone 6.
Sans the volume rockers and power button placement, its unibody design language is strikingly similar to Apple's 2014 edition smartphones. However, the similarity ends once we look inside the Lenovo Sisley S90.
It houses 1.2GHz Snapdragon 410 SoC (System on Chip), 1GB RAM, 16GB/32GB inbuilt memory (no micro SD card slot), 13mpl camera, an 8mp snapper on the front and a 2,300mAh battery.
As of now, Lenovo is yet to respond to the media whether the company has any plans of offering Sisley S90 on e-commerce sites.
