The long-rumoured Apple 5se smartphone is reportedly coming in "rose gold" colour option similar to iPhone 6s, not "bright pink" as previously rumoured.
Other colours, iPhone 5se is said to come are: "space gray", "black & white" combo and "silver." Even the iPad Air 3, which is speculated to debut along with iPhone 5se next month, is coming in rose gold, reported 9to5Mac citing reliable sources.
It has come to light that Apple wants to have uniform colour variants in all the iOS devices. Other devices iPad mini (2016) and 12-inch MacBook slated to be unveiled this fall (September) are also said to come in the same gold hued body.
Apple iPhone 5se:
It is said to feature the same design language of iPhone 6, but in smaller dimensions. It will flaunt slim body with curved edges having white antenna stripes on the back and ring shaped Touch ID fingerprint sensor on the home button.
Under the hood, it is said to come packed with Apple's proprietary A9 processor, 8MP camera on the rear side with Live Photos feature, 1.2MP FaceTime snapper on the front, Bluetooth 4.2, VoLTE, and 802.11ac Wi-Fi chips.
Apple iPad 3:
As far as iPad 3 is concerned, the hardware details are a bit scarce right now. From what we have gathered, it is said to feature 9.7-inch screen with advanced display technology to support Apple Pencil inputs like iPad Pro and also house a LED flash on the rear-side to capture good pictures under low-light environment.
It is also expected to feature four speakers to provide enhanced audio experience.
Besides Apple iPhone 5se and iPad Air 3, Apple is also said to unveil a new line of wrist bands for the Watch at the spring launch event on 15 March.
