Tech titan Apple's plastic model iPhone 5C 16 GB's price has seen slashed by online retailers in India.
The handset that was originally priced at ₹41,900 is now listed on the e-commerce website Snapdeal at a discounted price of ₹37,490. Earlier on Tuesday, the handset was seen for a price of ₹36,899 on online retailer Amazon's site. However, the website now seems to have withdrawn the price cut and listed the iPhone 5C for ₹39,500. Poor demand for the iPhone 5C is believed to have led to the price cut of the device in India. However, there is no official announcement on the same yet.
Apple iPhone 5C is offered in 16GB and 32GB storage options in India. It sports 4.0-inch widescreen retina display with 1136x640p resolutions and is powered by dual-core Apple A6 processor. Other features of the handset include Music Player, Video Player, Video Calls, GPS, E-mail, 3-axis Gyro sensor, Accelerometer, Proximity sensor, Ambient light sensor. On the connectivity front, the iPhone 5C supports UMTS, HSPA+, DC-HSDPA, 3G, (850/900/1700/1900/2100 MHz), GSM, EDGE, (850/900/1800/1900 MHz), WiFi. The phone is offered in pink, blue, green and yellow.
