Apple iOS 8.4 Jailbreak Update: Top List of TaiG 2.2.0 Compatible Cydia Tweaks for iPhones, iPads, iPod Touch

More than 160 Cydia tweaks have been confirmed to be compatible for jailbroken iPhones, iPads and iPod Touch devices.

Within hours after the official release of Apple iOS 8.4 hit iDevices across the world, Chinese iOS jailbreak developer community TaiG rolled out the new v2.2 jailbreak code to mobile OS.

It has been more than 10 hours since TaiG released the new jailbreak code and it seems like, it was more than enough for the tech savvy Apple device owners to get cracking with testing numerous Cydia tweaks. As per the latest report, more than 160 apps have been found compatible with the latest TaiG v2.2.0 jailbreaking code.

Before anybody get started with jailbreaking their Apple device, here are some facts to know about the advantages and disadvantages of unlocking the handset.

Advantages of Jailbreaking:

Users will get access to apps which are not found in iTunes.
He/she will be able to create easy (hidden) shortcuts from the lock-screen.
People will be able get access to settings from notification centres.
Users can even be able to get Siri (digital voice-assistant) toggle Wi-Fi.
In select devices and regions, users can also activate Face-Time on 3G.

Disadvantages of Jailbreaking:

Once the device is jail-broken, company's warranty will stand void.
Another downside is that if users are not careful enough, they risk running in to malicious applications.
