Apple's move to bring out a mapping system has taken a wild turn as it is bundled with errors.
The iOS 6, which is in beta stage, is loaded with flaws. Apple will no longer use Google Maps data in iOS 6 as the company has started to get its maps from TomTom.
According to Gizmodo, the app incorrectly names a lot of major oceans and continents. For example, the North Pacific Ocean is floating over Africa, it thinks Asia and Australia are separated by Arctic Ocean and Greenland is known as the Indian Ocean.
However, those errors tend to occur during beta stages and most probably Apple should be delivering the well-prepared version once it passes through the beta stage.
