Shine, who was recently seen in a notable role in Ann Maria Kalippilaanu, plays the protagonist, a Bangalore-based Malayali professor, in Oru Nakshathramulla Aakasham. His character is expected to be a chronic bachelor, who is also being loved by many of his students. The actor was also appreciated for his performance in Dulquer Salmaan's previous release Kammatipaadam.
