Aparna Balamurali became a household name in Malayalam with the blockbuster Fahadh Faasil-starrer Maheshinte Prathikaaram, directed by Dileesh Pothan. The actress has now been roped in for upcoming movie Thrissivaperoor Kliptham opposite Asif Ali.

Interestingly, Aparna plays the role of an auto-driver in her next and this was revealed after she posted two photos of the character on her Facebook page. The actress, who is expected to play Bhagi, looks serious in the photos that are doing the rounds on social media. The actress has garnered appreciation from her followers for the same.
The upcoming movie, helmed by Ratheish Kumar and written by PS Rafeeque, also stars Chemban Vinod Jose, Baburaj and Shilpi Sharma in main roles. The movie, which started rolling on September 25 in Thrissur, is being bankrolled by Fareed Khan under the banner of A Whitesands Media House after the super-hit musical romantic entertainer Amen, starring Fahadh and Swathi Reddy.
Aparna was last seen in Jude Anthony Joseph's second directorial venture Oru Muthassi Gadha, which garnered positive response from the audience. The actress has also replaced Honey Rose in director Venugopan and actor Anoop Menon's Sarvopari Palakkaran, in which she plays an activist who participated in the Kiss of Love campaign that made national headlines the previous year.
The multi-talented actress, who also crooned the hit melody Maunangal with Vijay Yesudas in her debut movie, directed by Dileesh Pothan, had also sung the song Vinnil Theliyum Mekhame for Anoop Menon and Murali Gopy-starrer Pa..Va.
