Bollywood has been a place of popular break-ups and patch-ups. From Kareena-Shahid to Deepika-Ranbir, the actors had a bad break-up that came as a surprise to their fans.
But the stars handled it maturely and didn't let it affect their professional bonds.
Here are a few ex-lovers who are still in touch.
Shahid Kapoor – Kareena Kapoor Khan
Kareena Kapoor Khan and Shahid Kapoor greeted each other for the first time post their break-up during the International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) Awards in Tampa Bay, Florida.
When Kareena and Saif stepped on to the stage to present an award, Shahid, who was co-anchoring the segment with Farhan Akhtar, was standing at the far-end. Kareena greeted him graciously and even complimented the duo on the brilliant job they were doing. This left Shahid bemused.
Well, now both the actors will again hit the big screen with their upcoming "Udta Punjab", which also features Alia Bhatt in the lead.
Salman Khan-Katrina Kaif
Katrina Kaif and Salman Khan broke up and moved on. But as usual, Salman has always tried to keep in touch with his ex-girlfriends. Except Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Katrina and other ex-lovers of Salman were seen at his sister Arpita's wedding ceremonies.
Akshay Kumar-Shilpa Shetty
Shilpa Shetty and Khiladi Kumar created fire in Bollywood as a couple. Their relationship got into several controversies, but the affair didn't last long. Shetty broke off with the actor when she got to know that Kumar was two-timing her with Twinkle Khanna at the same time.
But later, both got married and settled down. After a long time, the two shared screen when Shetty happily welcomed the "Khiladi" on "Bigg Boss Season 2" to announce its winner.
They even teased each other on-stage that left the actress blushing. The leggy lass said, "Maine dekha hai, aapne zindagi mein kaafi bade stunts kiye hain (I have seen that you have done many stunts in your life)." On this, Akshay replied, "Aap se behtar aur kaun jaan sakta hai mere stunts ke baare mein, Shilpaji (Nobody can know better than you, Shilpa)."
Priyanka Chopra – Shahid Kapoor
Ex-flames Shahid Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra, instead of avoiding each other, kissed and bonded well at an award function. PeeCee has also maintained a good relationship with her ex-lovers.
Ranbir Kapoor – Deepika Padukone
Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone had a terrible break-up, but the two didn't compromise their professions for that. The on-screen couple appeared in "Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani" post break-up and now, they will be seen in their next "Tamasha."
Anushka Sharma – Ranveer Singh
Ex-flames Ranveer Singh and Anushka Sharma have agreed to share screen-space in their upcoming "Dil Dhadakne Do". The two have moved on in their lives and thus, bonds with each other for their work only.
