Upcoming horror flick "Annabelle", the spin-off of "The Conjuring", has confirmed its comeback by releasing the first official trailer of the film, which will take the audience to the origin of the creepy doll.
"The Conjuring", the 2013 low-budget movie directed by James Wan, had given the audience nightmares about Annabelle the doll. Now John R. Leonetti, the cinematographer of the first film, gives us "Annabelle", starring Annabelle Wallis and Ward Horton.
According to the trailer, the film is about the origin of Annabelle and shows how it became a possessed doll. The trailer features a less-aged doll, which enters the young couple's life as a gift from the husband to his wife, to complete her existing doll collection.
The story revolves around the initial owner of the doll, before being passed on to college Donna and Angie, and then to the Warrens as showed in "The Conjuring".
"Annabelle" will reportedly be one of the three micro-budget spin-offs based on "The Conjuring" and will hit theaters in October.
The movie will be released on 3 October in the US and 10 October in the UK.
