"Yeh Hai Mohabbatein" actress Shagun aka Anita Hassanandani will soon be seen in Salman Khan's production venture "Hero" starring Sooraj Pancholi and Athiya Shetty.
In an interview with Indian Express, Anita revealed some details about her role. "My role in Hero is not a lengthy one but a powerful one. It was a nice opportunity and I grabbed it," an excited Anita said.
Anita had earlier played the lead role in several Bollywood films including "Yeh Dil", "Kucch To Hai", "Krishna Cottage" among others, before she found fame on the small screen.
Further, talking about the popular TV show, "Yeh Hai Mohabbatein", Anita spilled some beans on the show's future track. She said that although evil Shagun has changed to a good woman, considering her nature, it won't take her long to turn into a villain again.
"The uniqueness of Shagun's character lies in the fact that she is hated and loved at the same time. For the time being, she has realised her mistake and is staying away from Raman and Ishita. But it may not continue for long. The nature of her character is such that it can twist anytime. If someone instigates her again, then Shagun's character can take a negative turn," she added.
Further, talking about the news that the show is taking a leap, Anita informed that "Yeh Hai Mohabbatein" will not take a leap anytime soon. "Currently, there are no plans for a leap. We have a story, which is moving at the right pace and in the right direction, so a leap is nowhere in plans. Even if there is a leap, I am going to continue with Yeh Hai Mohabbatein. There is no point leaving the show," Anita added.
