Samsung hasn't announced the list of devices eligible for Android 7.0 Nougat update, but several reports have claimed that Galaxy Note 5 would get the new firmware. It needs just a simple guess whether the device will get the OS as it is just over year old while Android support is provided for two years.
Now, Samsung Galaxy Note 5 has been spotted on GFXBench running Android 7.0 Nougat operating system. The South Korean technology giant hasn't confirmed if the device will receive the firmware, but it is likely to get.

Samsung has released Android 7.0 Nougat beta build for Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge. It said that the beta test would end by mid-December, giving a hint that the flagship handsets could get it before the end of this month or early next year. Galaxy Note 5, Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 edge could be in the next live to get the firmware, most probably in the first quarter of 2017.
Android 7.0 Nougat update is expected to come to Galaxy S7, Galaxy S7 edge, Galaxy S7 Active, Galaxy S7 Batman edition, Galaxy S7 Olympic edition, Galaxy Note 5, Galaxy S6, Galaxy S6 Edge, Galaxy S6 edge+, Galaxy S6 Active, Galaxy S6 Ironman edition, Galaxy S6 Active, and Galaxy Tab S2.
Google's new operating system comes with features like Grace UX, multi-window, direct reply notifications, Extra power efficiency, Google Assistant, VR interface, and several others.
