Rumours have it that the most anticipated Nexus devices will be launched by the end of this month.
Citing a tipster, Android Authority claimed that the LG Nexus 5X and Huawei Nexus 6 will be rolled out through Google Play store by 29 September, 2015.
Apart from all their latest hardware upgrades and new innovative features in these two phones, the key feature would be the final edition of Google's latest operating system Android 6.0 Marshmallow. LG Nexus 5X alias Bullhead and Huawei Nexus 6 alias Angler will be the first two phones to run on Android 6.0 marshmallow.
However, if you notice Google's Android release policy properly, it seems like the existing LG Nexus 5, Motorola Nexus 6 and HTC Nexus 9 would be the next devices to get the official update.
Google has already rolled out the Android 6.0 marshmallow developer preview for all these three devices to let you test upcoming apps and feature upgrade of the operating system.
You can download and install the Android 6.0 M Developer Preview 3 HERE. And if you've already installed Android M on your device you just need to check for the OTA update on your device by navigating to Settings>>About Phone>>System Updates>>Check for Updates.
Android 6.0 Marshmallow comes with several new features in comparison to Android Lollipop. But the highlight among them is that you can set your device to take data backup automatically and restore them when required. Your device will also backup your Google Drive data everyday and allow you to restore it anytime you want to.
Android 6.0 M will also allow you to set your default storage to Micro SD card, which will be helpful for the devices with less built-in storage. It will also let you control maximum amount of RAM memory per application. The dial interface will be more intuitive with replacing the text with icons. Contact menu will allow you to select multiple contacts at a time and let you share, merge or delete them.
