Search engine giant Google has released the factory images of the latest Android 6.0 series Marshmallow to select Nexus series devices.
As of now, Android 6.0 Marshmallow (build number: MRA58K) has been made available to Motorola Nexus 6, LG Nexus 5, Asus Nexus 7 (2013), HTC Nexus 9 and Nexus Player.
Android 6.0 Marshmallow comes with native support for fingerprint sensor input, leaner and faster Chrome browser, Now on Tap feature, security feature, new contextual assistance feature, Google Photos and Auto back-up from where all app's user-data (less than 25MB) will automatically be stored in Google Drive. Power saving feature has also been incorporated in the Android Marshmallow to extend battery life.

With factory images released, the company will soon roll-out the same update via OTA (Over-The-Air) to the Nexus series smartphones.
