Samsung's first test build up of the upcoming Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean operating system for Galaxy S3 was leaked online, even as the news of the delay in the OS update continues to hit the web.
The folks at SamMobile, who had a chance to go hands on with the new software version I9300XXUFME, said Samsung is likely to roll out the update for its Galaxy S3 in July or August. Looking at the enhanced features in Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean update, Samsung seemed to be bringing a lot of software features which is currently in Galaxy S 4.
"Development on Android 4.2.2 update isn't completely done yet. We do not know if Samsung will bring the new Galaxy S4 Camera features to the Galaxy S3," SamMobile wrote.

The South Korean tech giant has been rumoured to roll out the Jelly Bean update for a string of its smartphones in the past couple of months. Earlier this month, SamMobile had tweeted tweeted that the OS update for Samsung's Galaxy Note 2 and Galaxy S3 was delayed due to problems with the new TouchWiz and user interface. In addition, Galaxy Note, Galaxy Note 2 and Galaxy S2 are also expected to receive the Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean OS update.
