R Balki's much awaited film "Ki & Ka" is making headlines ever since it went on floors due to its unique storyline.

The film features Kareena Kapoor Khan and Arjun Kapoor in lead roles. The "Bajrangi Bhaijaan" actress will play the character of an independent, career-oriented woman who is the breadwinner of the house. On the other hand, Arjun Kapoor will portray a house husband.

Apart from this fresh pair, R Balki has also roped in evergreen pair Jaya and Amitabh Bachchan in a special appearance, and a source recently revealed the story of this reel and real life pair in the film.

"Arjun plays a cool house-spouse and Kareena is a talented and successful working lady in the film. Kareena's husband becomes the talk of the town for being the man of the house with a brand new take. Arjun gets so much limelight that Mrs Bachchan learns of him and decides to laud him for his sacrifice. She even treats him and it is indeed a starry affair. The rest you can watch in the theatres," Bollywood Life quoted a source as saying.

Big B too had earlier hinted at their roles in the film on his blog. "This is a guest appearance, where we play ourselves, in our own home," he wrote in a blog post.

Earlier, there were reports that Amitabh would do a cameo in the film, but Jaya Bachchan's appearance came as a surprise to the audience.

The couple is going to share screen space after 14 years. Last time, they appeared together on-screen was in Karan Johar's "Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham".

Interestingly, Big B and R Balki will be teaming up for the fourth time after "Cheeni Kum", "Paa" and "Shamitabh".
