Amitabh Bachchan, who has countless number of fans, has another die-hard fan in a mother and daughter duo from Delhi.
The mother and the teen have threatened to commit suicide if the mega star doesn't accommodate them in his lavish bungalow.
The incident unfolded on Wednesday afternoon at the Juhu police station, after Bachchan's security manager complained to the police regarding the duo who for the past few days has been loitering around the star's bunglow, Jalsa, reported TOI.
After investigating the matter, the officials found that the woman was a die-hard fan of the "Bhoothnath Returns" star and had come to Mumbai hoping to stay in Bachchan's mansion. However, she had to accommodate herself along with her daughter on the footpath outside his bungalow.
The actor's security had reportedly asked her to leave, but the mother and daughter kept returning. Fearing further complications, the security personnel approached the police for help.
The cops while interrogating the duo found that the 39-year-old woman along with her 16-year-old daughter had come from Delhi with the intension to meet the megastar and wished to live in his bungalow so that she could see "Paa" actor on a daily basis.
The woman demanded that in order to save her life, Bachchan has to either arrange her stay near the bungalow so that she can have a glance of him regularly or recruit her as a house-help and accommodate her in the bungalow.
The police advised her to return to her family in Delhi, but the woman is stern about not quitting her chase. The personnel then told her to write a letter to the star, which they have promised to deliver. Only after this assurance, the duo was convinced to leave Juhu. They are currently living in a women's hostel in Dadar.
The megastar is at present shooting for his upcoming TV series "Yudh" directed by Anurag Kashyap, which is co-produced by Endemol and Saraswati Productions. The TV show is expected to go on air in July.
The "Satyagraha" actor will also be seen in R.Balki's next "Shamitabh". Along with Bachchan, the movie will also star, Bollywood's Raanjhanaa and Tamil superstar, Dhanush. Bachchan and Balki have earlier worked together in films like "Cheeni Kum" and "Paa".
