"American Idol XIV" 2015 will be down to seven contestants tonight with one finalist, who gets least American vote, to be sent home. Top seven contestants will perform again on Wednesday with the hope of progressing to the next round.
Themed "Billboard Hits," host Ryan Seacrest will call out top seven contestants to perform again before judges - Jennifer Lopez, Harry Connick Jr. and Keith Urban – on Wednesday, while one of them will be eliminated by the audience.
Last week, Daniel Seavey was eliminated with the audience saving Rayvon Owen via Twitter Fan Save after being placed in the bottom based on public vote. One more contestant will go home on Wednesday, bringing the number of singers to just seven.
Going by last week's performance, it looks like Rayvon Owen and Qaasim Middleton could be in danger of being eliminated but coming down to reality, it can be anybody as the American audience will decide who stay in the show and who should go home.
"American Idol" Season 14 top seven finalists will perform on Wednesday, 8 April and it will broadcast live on FOX at 8/7c PM. Quest mentors Florida Georgia Line and Jason Derulo will also perform on Wednesday. Iggy Azalea and Jennifer Hudson will sing the song, "Trouble," while Jason will perform his new single, "Want to Want Me."
Last week saw top eight finalists perform live with Nick Fradiani taking on the song, "Catch My Breath," Jax - "Beautiful Disaster," Tyanna Jones - "Mr. Know It All," Joey Cook - "Miss Independent," Quentin Alexander - "Dark Side," Qaasim Middleton -"Stronger (What Doesn't Kill You)," Clark Beckham - "The Trouble with Love Is," and Rayvon Owen - "Since U Been Gone."
