The fifth instalment of "American Horror Story" will not air until October, but new details on what to expect from the show have surfaced, thanks to showrunner Ryan Murphy's tweets.

The fifth season, entitled "American Horror Story: Hotel," will revolve around the guests at a hotel that is presumably run by Lady Gaga's character. Although we don't know much about Gaga's role or her story arc, Murphy revealed that Gaga's character is going to face a lot of problems, thanks to Angela Bassett's character. "In October, Angela Bassett will be making lots of trouble with Lady Gaga in the ballroom and elsewhere. #ahshotel," he tweeted.

Gaga also gave fans a glimpse into what could be her look on the show, as the singer's recent Instagram update shows her as a platinum blonde.

"I heard you called for a blonde @MrRPMurphy #AHSHotel pic.twitter.com/RteaaEDceL," Gaga wrote.

Meanwhile, actor Evan Peters spoke about the upcoming season of the show saying he was terrified to start work on the "American Horror Story: Hotel."

When asked about the plot, Peters told Gold Derby, "I don't know much, but I know that hotels are terrifying. And I'm actually very scared to start working on this one. I'm very scared."

On being questioned if he will play a villain, the actor said he would love to essay a negative role once again. "I'd love to. I mean, whatever they give me I'll play. I really don't mind. I think that it's just so fun to work on the show, so I would definitely in a heartbeat," Peters said.

Murphy did not reveal much about Peters' character other than to say that "Peters will be waiting for you in Room 64. #AHSHOTEL."

As for the other characters who will make an appearance on the show, Murphy recently tweeted that "New Girl'' Max Greenfield will surprise viewers, as his character will be very different from what we have seen so far.

"This October, Max Greenfield (like you've never seen him) is checking in to the hotel….but not checking out. #AHSHotel," Murphy tweeted.

"American Horror Story: Hotel" will return to FX in October. Filming is expected to begin in Los Angeles sometime in July.
