Malayalam director Lijo Jose Pellissery got married to Jasmine James at St Mary's Church in Chalakudy on Sunday, 10 January. Later, the reception was arranged at Crescent Convention Centre in Chalakudy.
Jasmine, who hails from Thiruvananthapuram, is the daughter of James A John and Pancy Sebastian. She works as a textiles designer in the capital city. Meanwhile, Lijo is the son of late Malayalam actor Jose Pellissery and Lilly Jose.
Lijo's wedding function was attended by celebs, including Parvathy, Chemban Vinod Jose, Swathi Reddy, Sandra Thomas, Vijay Babu and Pearle Maaney. They had also attended the bachelorette party of the director in Chalakudy on Saturday.
Lijo, who began his career as a director with the 2010 movie "Nayakan", has also done movies like "City of God", "Amen" and "Double Barrel" with popular stars Prithviraj Sukumaran, Indrajith Sukumaran, Fahadh Faasil, Arya and Asif Ali. He has also acted in Prithviraj's "Sapthamashree Thaskaraha" and upcoming movie "Akashvani", which has Vijay Babu and Kavya Madhavan in the lead.
