Morgan Jones from 'The Walking Dead', made an appearance in last Sunday's 'Fear the Walking Dead'
Fear the Walking Dead is currently airing second half of season 4 after its summer break on AMC. The episode on Sunday showed Morgan pack his necessary supplies and suggest his friend John Dorie to head to the community at Alexandria.
The entire episode indicated Morgan's desire to back to Virginia and has asked Alicia Clark and other survivors to join him in his journey. But their journey will have to wait a while longer as they have yet another survival battle ahead of them. This time their struggle to live on is with a hurricane which is headed its way to Texas. Morgan and the other survivors will have to seek a safe shelter from the dead and the natural disaster.
Morgan's crossover to the spin off show might be to kill off the character to take the new survivors to the community. Or the two shows can merge into one in the coming seasons. As of now, that won't be happening as AMC has renewed its contract for Fear the Walking Dead season 5 and season 9 of The Walking Dead which will show a jump in time will premier in October, 2018.
While there are many theories to the crossover, the chief content officer Scott Gimple, said, "It does not rule out more crossovers," at a San Diego Comic Con, according to ComicBook.com. "That's about all I got to say. It does not but I wouldn't expect it all the time. Things could happen. You never know who might pop up on Fear the Walking Dead. That includes The Walking Dead and potentially people in the past from Fear the Walking Dead."
